[Workshops]
For Workshops:
To secure a place, just pay a deposit (or full amount) when you book, which must be at least 1 week before the Workshop begins: workshops@hireandfire.com.au
For Studio Bookings:
We need at least 48 hours notice, which must be paid in full at that late stage, or book the studio early with a deposit of 25%. This is non-refundable if you cancel 24 hours or less before the appointed date and do not re-book.

Our Refund Policy:
While we always try to fit in with your wishes, we will issue a refund only if we are unable to fulfill the services stated in our terms of hire or workshops. If you need to postpone a booking or workshop to a later date, we will issue a credit for the full amount you have paid, valid for 12 months.
